The Director of Development for Saint Martha’s since August 2021, Gina Joly is responsible for building relationships with our donors and raising funds to help the women and children we serve. Prior to Saint Martha’s, she worked for the Red Cross for 20 years where she began as a water safety instructor and finished as a fundraising professional with a focus in corporate fundraising.

Gina was raised in Tucson, Arizona and received a B.A. in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University. In her spare time, she enjoys journaling, traveling, playing the piano, swimming, playing strategic games, and solving puzzles. She can even solve the Rubik’s Cube in 2 minutes! Gina has a deep faith in Jesus and a desire to help others build a relationship with Him. She is passionate about the City of St. Louis and all it has to offer and hopes to one day serve in some capacity to help it reach its potential.
